Feature FAQs

Do I need to install something on every agent's phone?

Yes, agents install the Calliyo Android app once and log in with mPIN. The app captures calls automatically; agents don't have to press anything during a call. iOS support is on the roadmap.

Does Calliyo work without internet?

The phone call itself never needs internet, it's a regular SIM call. The Calliyo app needs occasional connectivity to sync logs back to the dashboard, but if connectivity drops, calls are buffered locally and sync when the network returns.

Can I bring my existing leads from Excel or another CRM?

Yes. CSV / Excel import with column mapping, plus direct importers for Google Sheets, HubSpot exports, and Pipedrive exports. Most teams are migrated in under an hour.

How do workflows differ from triggers?

A trigger is the event that starts a workflow (e.g. 'lead created'). A workflow is the series of actions that fires (e.g. 'send WhatsApp + create follow-up + notify admin'). One trigger can drive many workflows.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes, full data export to CSV is available anytime under Settings → Data Export. We never hold your data hostage.

Is there an API I can build against?

Yes. Inbound lead webhooks are live today. A full public REST API with bearer-token auth and outbound event webhooks is in phase-2 rollout, talk to us if you want early access.
