By accessing or using Calliyo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of service

You agree to use Calliyo only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, including those governing telemarketing and personal data in India.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Trials are 14 days; you can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Acceptable use

No spam, no illegal robocalling, no impersonation, no scraping. Violations may lead to account suspension.

Limitation of liability

Calliyo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workforce Next Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the registered office of Workforce Next Pvt. Ltd.
