This policy describes acceptable use of Calliyo. It applies to all users on every plan.
You must
- Comply with all applicable telecom and data protection laws (including TRAI guidelines and the DPDP Act).
- Obtain consent before recording calls where required by law.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
You must not
- Use Calliyo for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk calling that violates DND or local regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the platform.
- Resell or sub-license access without our written agreement.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
