Telecaller (Hindi)

Up to ₹25,000 / month
You are the first voice a Hindi-speaking customer hears. You will speak with prospects across North and Central India in Hindi, qualify leads, schedule demos, and follow up until they are ready to buy. English is not required; we serve a Hindi-first customer base and you will too.
What you'll do
Make outbound calls to fresh leads in Hindi every day
Qualify the lead, capture details in the CRM, schedule the next step
Follow up with warm leads on the timeline they asked for
Hit weekly targets for connects, demos booked, and conversions
Use WhatsApp Business in Hindi to nurture leads between calls
What we're looking for
Fluent in spoken Hindi (English not required)
Can read and write basic Hindi
12th pass or graduate; freshers welcome
Comfortable on the phone for 4 to 6 hours a day
Basic comfort with smartphone apps and a simple CRM
Punctual, target-oriented, willing to take feedback
Nice to have
Past experience in telesales, EdTech, real estate, or insurance
Knowledge of regional languages like Bhojpuri, Haryanvi, or Punjabi
You are the first voice for our English-speaking customers, from metro cities, B2B leads, and South India. You will run consultative conversations in English, qualify leads, book demos, and stay disciplined on follow-up. Strong written English matters too, since you will follow up over email and WhatsApp.

Good email writing and basic CRM comfort

Past experience in B2B SaaS or IT product telesales

Up to ₹45,000 / month
Sit between our customers and our product. You will run product demos, configure workflows for new customers, troubleshoot when something does not work, and feed real-world insights back to engineering. The role is technical but customer-facing, perfect for someone who enjoys both code and conversation.
What you'll do
Run online product demos for prospective customers (mostly SMEs)
Onboard new customers: import leads, configure pipelines, set up workflows
Troubleshoot customer issues over phone, WhatsApp, and email
Configure WhatsApp Business API, webhooks, and integrations
Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions
Bring real customer pain points back to product and engineering
What we're looking for
Fluent in English and Hindi
Bachelor's degree in any stream (CS, BCA, B.Tech preferred)
1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, solutions engineering, or technical sales
Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, and basic webhook concepts
Strong written and verbal communication; can explain technical concepts simply
Self-driven; can manage multiple customers without hand-holding
Nice to have
Familiarity with Meta WhatsApp Business API, Razorpay, Postman
Experience with B2B SaaS products serving Indian SMEs
Basic SQL, scripting, or no-code automation skills
